I had voice pulse for at least two years. They do not have the best rate nor features. Overall they were o.k with occasional connection problems here and there. I stayed because I was too lazy to shop and switch. Last month they did a system upgrade which rendered my phone line useless. After sever tries over the course of a month ( they have limited tech support hours ), the tech support did finally fix the problem. It took about 30 minutes on the phone with my help. They eventually said that the problem was with my internet connection (I had encountered no problem with anything else that is connected through the net) and refused to give me credit for the duration that I had no phone service. I guess that they are not aware of the fact that there are all kind of voip companies out there. I am switching asap.
